The following fee schedule is for a floor plan style
measurement and sketch as shown at the bottom of this
page. In addition to heated living areas, garages, porches,
patios etc. are measured and included in the sketch. When
possible, staircase and fireplace symbols are included as
well. Fees are based upon the total number of square feet
measured.
$85.00 for 3000 square feet or less
$105.00 for 3000-5000 square feet
$150.00 for 5000-7000 square feet
$175.00 for 7000-9000 square feet
Measurements exceeding 9000 square feet are a minimum
of $200.00
Service is available Monday through Friday by appointment.
Our service area includes Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, Union and
Gaston Counties as well as Lake Norman and Lake Wylie.
Measurements done outside these areas are subject to
higher fees.
